Directions

Travelling from Cardigan, on entering the town of Newport, turn right at the sign for ‘Newport Beach and Golf Club’. 

Travelling from Fishguard, turn left at the end of the village, taking the sign for ‘Newport Beach and Golf Club.’

After 1¾ miles, turn left at the sign for Newport Beach and Golf Club. After ¼ mile bear left. On reaching the golf club, turn left and drive through the car park. Llyswen is 200 yards ahead, the first  bungalow on the right.

Location

Newport is situated in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. It lies on the A487 between Fishguard and Cardigan. 

It is approximately 20 miles from St Davids, Britain’s smallest city and the ancient seat of the Welsh patron saint.

Newport is in the Pembrokeshire National Park and has the Preseli mountains as its backdrop.

The town of Newport sits alongside the Pembrokeshire National Coastal Path, one of Britain’s most stunning coastlines.
